Hi. Let's start, shall we?
My name is Mario, I'm an illustrator from Spain (that little country to the West of Europe and right over Africa, for those of you Geography buffs).
This blog will be the place for me to talk about my current projects and obsessions. My partner in art crime, the beautiful and talented Argentinian Ana Saiz, will do the same from time to time.
One of those projects (one might say it's also becoming an obsession) is called Igoberta.
It's a short story about a girl and her feelings throughout her life. You can see them both here:
The story is presently in the form of a minicomic, but we are in the process of adapting it into an animated short. We'll keep you updated and will be showing you bits and pieces of the project as it evolves. You can also buy a copy of the minicomic in paper or pdf formats (just contact any of us for more details).
