Drawing for a special occasion
I just finished a wonderful course on offset printing techniques. It was very instructive and during its three months I got to know a bunch of great fellows, including our teacher, Raúl. Today we played one last soccer game (his team won, as usual, and not because we wanted him to grade us positively). Then he came with us to celebrate and we gave him a farewell present to thank him for the experience, drawn by me, printed with an embossement by my classmate Miguel, framed and signed by all of us. Ah, I'm gonna miss hanging out with those guys. Good people.

ResponderEliminarAcabo de terminar un curso fantástico de técnicas de impresión en offset. Fue muy instructivo y durante sus tres meses de duración conocí a un puñado de grandes tipos, entre ellos Raúl, nuestro profesor. Hoy jugamos un último partido de fútbol (volvió a ganar el equipo del profe, y no porque le dejáramos para que nos pusiera buena nota... fue un buen partido, y el tío es un crack). Después se vino con nosotros para celebrar el fin de curso y le regalamos un dibujo hecho por mí, impreso con relieve por el compañero tipógrafo Miguel, enmarcado y firmado por todos. Voy a echar de menos a esta gente.
Pero bueno, aquí está la pieza:
Por cierto, el profe se quejó por la panza, pero le gustó el dibujo de todas formas.
